3. Less than USD 10 million (KRW 14 billion, USD 1 = KRW 1,400) in total funding
4. No personal or company-maintained residence or office in the Bay Area
5. Participation by a CEO (Founder) or C-level Co-Founder holding at least 3% equity
6. Willingness to actively engage in a peer-based learning community
7. Ability to live respectfully within a shared community environment
8. Commitment to a pay-it-forward culture
